We ordered food from here for delivery. Portions were good and the flavors were good but would be better if the spice level matched what was selected when ordered online - spice levels are either wayyy off or the workers didn't review the spice level selected before food was made. We got a pad thai (spice level 3), pad cashew nuts (spice level 2), pad see ewe (spice level 2), and pad kee mao (spice level 1). None of them had even a pinch of spicyness to it, which was disappointing. I had gone here before in person and I remember there being some spice when selecting the levels...I'm hoping this was just a one time mistake because I really did enjoy this place when I went in person before.
Seriously some of the best food I've had in a while! the curries are so good and there's so many vegetarian options too The mi siam noodles are so good, definitely a must try when you visit this place. The portions are decent and there's will definitely be enough for leftovers to take home
I love Thai, and this place did not disappoint. 10 tables, one waitress, and a chef that makes magic. We got 3 dishes, green curry, soon sen, and tram and oh my were they awesome. My wife, son, and I swapped meals repeatedly because we couldn't figure out which one was the best. Top tier Thai!
We have been coming here for lunch on Saturdays for several years now when we are in the Hillsborough area and have always been very happy with the friendly service and excellent food. We have always ordered the same items, because they are not always available at other Thai restaurants, such as the top notch fried tofu appetizer and papaya salad. Then we also get the Lychee Duck entree which is perfectly crispy cooked and the more widely available chicken satay with the wonderful peanut sauce. We top that off with delicious Thai chilled coffee for dessert. The setting is always calm with calm background music. If you have someone in a wheelchair, it is totally wheelchair accessible with ample parking out front. It is a pleasant dining experience.
Food was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture before eating!!! Drinks are good too!! The servers here nice too! I would definitely come back here 0
Love all the food I always order, like the Mee Grob, Satays, Grilled Shrimp Mango Salad, seafood soups, Tom Yums, etc. My daughter orders duck. I always get good, friendly and accommodating service. Ambiance is good too!
We really enjoyed our lunch at Thai Chili House. Food: the pad Thai was really flavorful. They used noodles that were a bit different than the typical rice noodles used for pad Thai but we really liked it! Massaman curry was delicious as well. The lemongrass curry was a little odd, only because it had a ton chili flakes on top. I ordered a level 4 and typically there's more spice incorporated into the sauce rather than how this was prepared. Service: our server was very nice and super attention. She brought us salads right after we ordered and consistently refilled our drinks. Ambiance: very warm and inviting interior. There's tons of seating too
Stopped here for a late lunch after a movie. We ordered roti for an appetizer-it was good....but only came with one piece of roti and it was very flat and not airy and fluffy like I've had it before. Plenty of curry sauce but not enough roti to eat it with. For entree we got duck noodles which was delicious and plentiful. Lots of small bits of duck throughout the dish. We also ordered green chicken curry which again was a huge portion. Lots of chicken in it! We will be back! Thank you!
Very much enjoyed my meal at Thai Chili House. We'll start with the service. Very attentive and had a feeling of familiarity even though it was the first time I've been there. Sort of a comfort feeling Food - the Roti was different for me. Was expecting more of a puffy, really thin naan like texture. It almost was like a scallion pancake without the scallions. The chicken curry dip was really good though - tastes and portion size. Pad Thai with Shrimp was among the best in the broader area that I've had. Used to love the Thai Village in Princeton but this one was just as good, if not better. Would suggest a lime instead of lemon - don't know if that is more or less authentic but think it provides a brightness that is even better but the tastes were just great. The massiman chicken was good as was the crispy chicken with mango. Just good flavors, right amount of spice. The ambiance was definitely casual, trying to do the Thai inspired environment.
Authentic Thai food. The Shrimp dumpling/Shumai were perfectly done & Papaya salad light & fresh. The fried whole Sea Bass was exquisite with Tamarind sauce on the side. Pad Khing Shrimp with ginger sauce was flavored perfectly. We finished off with some delicious Mango with sticky rice. Best Thai in NJ!
